The spartan comedy "Tis Kakomoiras" (better known as "O Bakalogatos") by Dinos Katsouridis (1963) is probably the most popular comedy of Greek cinema and is based on the homonymous play by Christos and Giorgos Giannakopoulos.

The ambitious production is presented at the Pireos 131 Theater, in a subversive musical adaptation and direction by Giorgos Valaris that returns to the familiar successful genre of film adaptation of the Greek cinema, with Giannis Zouganelis in the title role of "Zikos”, Giorgos Armenis and a staff of well-known actors.
